I spent one night here and would definitely come back next time I’m in the US. The location was awesome, and they even served a free and tasty breakfast. 🌟

Spotless venue with marvellous location close to attractions. Well-equipped and quiet rooms with a microwave and bathroom toiletries, for instance. Free and good breakfast options.

This was a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. The location was close to family, friends and restaurants. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to extend checkout time so we could enjoy the pool. All for a very reasonal rate.

Rooms were small, but modern, clean and quiet.

The breakfast is free and exceptionally nice with eggs and scrambled eggs, as for instance, there’s an option for each taste. The rooms are spotless with a king bed, coffee, for instance and the staff are nice!

Convenient location, especially with the airport shuttle service as a great bonus. the rooms with two beds were perfect for us! 🌟

We really liked the location...near to Buffalo, airport, Niagara Falls and the Finger Lakes area. The price was reasonable with the included varied breakfast items, the bed was super comfortable..we had the extra pillows we requested waiting in our room upon arrival. The rooms were clean and very quiet even tho' we had families with small children and a team of teens on our floor. The small in-room refridge made it easy to have cold beverages (and ice pack for first aid) handy. The window opened for fresh air when we wanted and the air conditioning worked great. Having access to a computer/printer enabled us to check email and print our boarding passes. We would definitely stay again!

Location is excellent, within a perfect distance from Niagara Falls.

We did not receive response to our request to pick up from the airport. We did not receive a ticket for our stay even tough we ask for it. We were told that if we paid by credit card, the hotel would not be able to provide a receipt.

The hotel team during the night shift was exceptionally friendly and wonderful. The location was ideal and excellent; I had everything near my window. The hotel is really close to Niagara Falls, restaurants, and stores.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Hotel is conveniently located near Thruway, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Internet access is free and dependable.

Breakfast was sparse, and items were in short supply. Most of us who came down during the last hour had to be satisfied with just a muffin and watered juice. However, the hotel was totally booked, so it may have been hard to keep up with the crowd.

We really enjoy our stay at the Comfort Inn University. I strongly recommended this facility, particularly for the value for the money.

The location here is top-notch! It's super convenient - you've got the airport, a shopping mall, restaurants, and grocery stores all close by. And hey, if you're looking for a place to grab a bite, Arirang Restaurant is just a stone's throw away from this place 🍽️.

Friendly Staff, pool

After many weekend trips to the Comfort Inn, Amherst, this was the first one where my transportation to/from the Depew train station was not reimbursed. I had not prepared for these additional costs when budgeting for my trip. The additional $80 will likely mean that I stay closer to the station on my next bi-monthly trip. As always, staff was welcoming and friendly however this sudden change in policy was never fully explained to me.

I like staying where breakfast is included, there was a good selection of choices for breakfast. Since our stay was over the Thanksgiving holiday we needed something to fill the day so we wanted somewhere that had an indoor pool as well.
